The Extec Labpro 1 Proportioning - Metering System is a convenient and accurate method of dispensing epoxy two-component resin systems. The patented ratio mechanism allows a partial machine stroke while holding ratio accuracy from 1:1 to 100:1.

• Material Viscosity:
  • No minimum viscosity, maximum viscosity (around 50,000 cps) basically any pourable or self-leveling liquid.
  • Also some thicker materials and pastes can be used, consult factory.
• Shot Size Range:
  • Minimum shot approximately 6-8 cc. (Depending on ratio)
  • Maximum shot approximately 60cc (approximately 32cc per piston on full stroke)
  • Dispense infinite amount by using multiple strokes.
• Shot Time:
  • Up to 10 shots/minute.
  • Average approximately 4-6 shots/minute.
  • This depends on material viscosity, shot size, and operator experience.
• Shot cycle Initiate:
  • Manual lever pull system
• Dispense and Ratio Accuracy:
  • Plus or minus 1% to 5%
• Dispensing System:
  • Highly Accurate Positive displacement pump.
• Reservoir Capacity:
  • 2 Quart (1.89 liters) each resin and hardener tanks standard.
  • External 1 to 16 Gallons (3.79 to 60.6 liters) gallon tanks option. Heaters are available.
• Dispensing of Filled and/or Abrasive Material:
  • Some filled materials can be used, consult factory.
• Heated Tank:
  • Heated tank option available. Keeps material in tanks at constant 120°F (49°C).
• Power Requirements:
  • Manual operation, no air or electric needed.
  • For heater option 115 VAC at 5 amps or 220 VAC at 2.5 amps required.
